OK, you may have had a slip up or two but overall be proud of yourself. Clearly there are lots of things you are doing right, so don’t beat yourself up.

Don’t give up giving up! Take a step back and think about what it is that made you have those odd ciggies. Re-read your information to re-motivate yourself.
