If you want to stop smoking we can make it much easier by providing the right information, advice and support. Studies show that you’re four times more likely to quit with help from a stop smoking adviser.

Alternatively you could call the free Smokefree National Helpline 0300 123 1044 and speak to a trained, expert adviser. All lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 4pm.

The Warwickshire Smoking in Pregnancy Service can offer support to pregnant smokers along with their partners and family members. Text or call the Stop Smoking in Pregnancy helpline number 07917 227004.
